Pros

hourly employees are friendly but management needs to improve. They preach that everything is great, but in reality they refuse to take steps to improve.

Cons

No commitment to improve based on employee inputs. Refuse to improve failing processes. Set unrealistic production goals and place the burden on the backs of the production employees rather than PMs or management. Willing to take shortcuts and turn a blind eye to standards in order to meet deadlines. Instead of fixing problems, they pile on more work and expect the same results. Good employees are either beat down or forced to leave when trying to make improvements.

Pros

good pay and that's it.

Cons

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
