Great cafeteria. Great corporate benefits (corporate memberships to health clubs) and gym facilities. Have own in-house laundering facilities.
Cons
Full position description far too generic though role carried appropriate title for business as usual tasks --> Unclear on where responsibilities end. Management often asks employees to perform duties drastically outside their skill-set and position descriptions. Works Council ineffective and untrustworthy.
