      - Do not value the employees - Horrible works council - Due to spin-off and continues cost cutting programs, you do not feel safe. - IT support is too slow

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
