They do like to be seen to be doing the right thing and do encourage personal development. How good they are can depend on what department you are in. Very keep to be no one trusted energy partner and work genuinely hard on this. Friendly

Cons

communication, they have their own language, obsolete slow systems, one hand does not know the other is doing, finding information, assessment process, HR, very process driven and stifle imaginative & creative thinking. Alot of confusion lower down. Do not shout about their ECO suceess

Started working for C.E.G.B. in 1979 -- POWERGEN bought when privatized then E.on purchased POWERGEN.

Pros

E.on were a good firm to work for because they were very interested in the needs of their customers and looked after their staff as well.

Cons

Working shift work was sometimes hard but you were not forced if you could not or did not want to do extra shifts - if you did extra shifts the pay was at double time.
