Pros

Pay is decent and benefits are good. Plenty of opportunity to learn. Team is amazing. Pretty good work life balance.

Cons

Not as good as it was before. New CEO cut some benefits without notifying employees which is really shady. Could be the the start of additional cost saving actions.

DocuSign looked after it’s employees during Covid with cares 1 and 2. Since then it has changed poor leadership. Some great people work here !

Cons

Poor leadership from the top down! HR are non existent ! No support around current climate and recent layoffs
