Leaders are empire-building within their teams! There is no desire to help create a positive culture; instead, it's turned into a toxic and fear-based culture. The work is always last minute, chaotic, and only partially executed. When leaders are asked questions, there is minimal honesty, and they make it up on the fly; correctness or truthfulness is not essential.
