Pros

Working alongside exceptional peers who want you to succeed

Cons

Lack of transparency from leadership: once the executive suite was replaced everything changed. Head of HR and new CEO fail to be transparent about internal changes and label it as “miscommunication”. Told us no layoffs were occurring only to have 9% of the company let go, along with 9 paid company days off taken away during peak burnout AND our health benefits that were once free coming at a cost. Not the DocuSign I joined and loved — once the stock crashed so did the company culture

Pros

The people you work with each at the company. That's it. There are kind people here trying to do the right thing.

Cons

- The pay is below market value - Reduction in benefits - The interim CEO told us we wouldn't have layoffs, then laid people off -Extremely meeting heavy culture. I am in 30 hours of meetings in a 40-hour work week. - You're not allowed to be intelligent or have new ideas within marketing - I have been asked to work on my days off - Marketing is a joke. No sense of order or structure. - Interm CMO lacks any strategic direction - There are directors managing teams with no people management experience or guidance, equally bad managers.

Pros

The people currently are great. Excellent management structure.

Cons

DocuSign is currently doing a hard rollback of benefits. They have removed shared company days off Reduced sick time Now charge for medical These are changes that have all come rapidly with no leadership announcements or discussion. This also comes after a large lay off so the work level is intense while moral is very low.
