Pros

Coworkers and management are generally positive, friendly, and critical thinkers

Cons

poor product direction -- not sure what to be selling to who. No one seems to have a grasp on what the new IAM product actually is. Sales reps are more or less order takers. no strategic selling

Pros

There is nothing positive about this company.

Cons

Promotions are given to those who know how to play politics. As a result, unqualified people are running the company (to the ground) and they make very bad decisions. It takes over a year to get anything completed and that is being quick. There are so many workarounds because of the mismanagement. EVERYTHING requires buy-in from someone up above in the pyramid and it's a steep one. Directors reporting to Directors. So many managers with only person reporting to them.

Pros

Good company with strong people culture.

Cons

Culture changed due to cuts and downturn in the markets forcing redundancies.
