Pros

Great intro to sales and sales tools. Plenty of opportunity to learn how to sell. Office is cool

Cons

Since starting to work here, the company has become too big with what they offer. Product fit is decreasing, so many other companies can do the same thing and offer it for cheaper. Only advantage you have over other companies is the brand name. DocuSign needs to realize that.

Really hard to pivot into different roles and get a promoted at this time because the market has so much talent.

Pros

Pay and stock options are generous

Cons

No focus as a company leads to confusion that trickles down. Leaders change monthly. Focus changes monthly. No consideration for employee experience. Value activity over impact. Needs a gut renovation
