Pros

Great people, good products, benefits are decent.

Cons

Sales process is broken and executive leadership takes not responsibility for poor performance, broken processes or inconsistencies, it's all on the sales teams. Significant turnover at both AE and RVP levels creating significant disruptions to clients and executive leadership more interested in pushing product sales than doing what is best for the long-term partner clients, prioritizing short-term profits over long term profitability.

Pros

-Pay and benefits are decent -front line managers are awesome - especially Majors -If this is one of your first sales roles, this is a great place to break in -You can still find plenty of amazing people to click with

Cons

1. I have witnessed people get stuck in their MDR seat for 3+ years. It seems like promotion is entirely random or as people would say, "politics based", as there's a guy who would complain non-stop and missed 8/14 months and still got promoted before anybody else. 2. While managers are great, it seems that the director of cbu enjoys micromanaging, intimidating, and bullying reps to run her plays, do more calls, etc. She will bug people on slack none stop and let out her frustration on us. It's becoming toxic and ineffective, and contributing to an environment of fear. She also treats everybody like a number, which many of my team would agree. I'd avoid joining her org at all costs - as I have witnessed my team go down hill after she stepped in charge. 3. The culture has become so toxic. I have seen top performers get stared down, or have their names ruined because of the competitive environment and cliquey culture. It's impossible to break into groups and cliques unless you're one of them. I have personally left the company because of how I was being treated, and I felt like I was being isolated and bullied by my team, my director, as well as those from different teams - just for being a top performer, and someone with a different background... 4. Sounds like the company is focused on replacing the SDR/MDR function entirely with AI, so not sure about the stability of this role 5. Everybody will tell you how to do your job, when they have not done your job. You will be forced to hit certain metrics and run plays that literally will not result in anything. This reinforces the idea that you're just another number on the board.
