Was a great company under former CEO Dan Springer and benefits were decent. He was trying to make diversity changes.

Cons

* Open discrimination by management who take pride in their Privilege * No Africian Americans in Upper Management * Human Resources Department with a definite bias towards minorities * Gender bias towards woman, especially women of color * Insttitutional Racism *Rampant discrimination throughout all levels of management * Lack of Diversity at al levels of management ***I would advise you to stay clear of this place.***

Customers still love the product and at the core it does an excellent job.

Cons

Management and the Salesforce overtaking have ruined the culture and personality of the business. To many ‘at Salesforce we did it this way’ remarks have alienated most people - huge churn has occurred. The place is miserable. The targets would be acceptable if the tension and micromanagement was less constant. It’s just a horrible place to work and has a long way to go if it ever hopes to come back.
