Pros

Nice people. Good pay. Good career opps if you look for them. Education fund. Great family forming benefits.

Cons

No pay adjustments were made for rising inflation. Corporate are actively avoiding any conversations around pay rises in line with inflation. Culture among majors sales org could be improved. Very hard to collaborate due to complex structure and processes. In office experience could be improved. No daily free lunch’s (unusual in comparison to other tech companies). Extremely poor leadership communication.

Pros

I love DocuSign and the position I had there. I unfortunately was part of the RIF that occurred the last week of September. That being said, I would work there again as I believe there is a lot of opportunity ahead for DocuSign.

Cons

I would have never left my former employer if I had known I would have been laid off after seven months. That was very disappointing.

Pros

People Benefits Culture Easy product to sell Well needed software

Cons

When the interim CEO filled in for Dan Springer there were a lot of promises that were not kept, then lay offs came out of no where.
