Pros

Great company culture, great benefits.

Cons

layoffs, and also no paid sick leave. I had to use my own PTO to take a sick day. As a salesperson, you are competing with many other products that provide the services DocuSign does that are much more affordable. The company has not adapted well to account for this. Promotions are hard to attain and are based off of business need rather than performance.

Pros

DocuSign's product is great and industry leading which lends itself to easier conversations with prospects.

Cons

Leadership changes over the last year has left most verticals with a lack of direction. They fail to adapt to competitors in the market and bank on their name recognition to carry their momentum indefinitely. They keep announcing "road maps" to reignite growth but never tell anyone what that actually entails.
