Pros

Good benefits. Most people are nice that work there.

Cons

Very bro-y culture. Need better product diversification and offerings to compete with Adobe.

Pros

- Fantastic group of SDR managers, none of them give the classic "sales manager" vibe that micromanage KPIs and don't know how to help with a sales process - Friendly culture - Great benefits (fitness expense, quarterly tech expenses, mental health, financial advisement) - Attainable quota

Cons

- Leadership has changed multiple times with differing ideas on how to move the company forward - Multiple goal-post changes. Quota changes in the middle of the month. Change in process that heavily affects your day-to-day. Feels like every month we learn of something new we're doing that completely alters how we work. - Clear promotion path that gets changed many times. Could do everything correct and be eligible for promotion just for it to be paused on reasons they won't explain - Large amounts of layoffs
