- solid product - evolving solution - good people

Cons

- disorganized - upper management it very hit or miss - always trying to do more with less… cut roles but still no budget? - when they had layoffs there was no good reason or rhyme as to who was let go (not performance or time in based)

There's a lack of direction from leadership, they are trying all sorts of ideas without giving enough thought into implementation, then pulling out without regards to consequences

Heavily micromanaged India team doesn't get any compensation that the global team gets No clarity of work among the stakeholders causing unnecessary work confusions and politics. No proper communication within team members Everyone are tying to prove something to the management and not working together as a team
