Many amazing people, lots of talent to learn from, still good employee benefits, solid core product and customer base

Cons

Stock prices rule everything, lots of toxic promo culture and uncertainty, little confidence in a new leadership, unexperienced people managers, values and DEI on surface but deeply discriminatory

Pros

The promotional path at a Docusign is unlike any other company. They promote from within constantly and value their internal talent. The leadership team is just awesome, just amazing GOOD HEARTED people that truly care about their employees and make an effort. I’ve worked at 4 other tech companies and this is just the best one. In culture, in leadership, and a product that people love.

Cons

As much as layoffs suck… it was needed. We’re still a little unsure about the new leadership (C level) team… I do feel as if Allan loves engineers and doesn’t care as much about sales but they’ve at least put programs through trying to help sales. The internal processes to get orders done can be VERY cumbersome but overall the cons are not bad compared to other places.

Pros

Incredible sales management (for who is left there.) The teamwork and collaboration has never lacked. The Seattle office is a good environment and it is very comfortable.

Cons

Spreadsheet layoffs made it clear that they were not keeping track of who they kept and was clearly not due to performance. Change is comp-plan for xDRs will not help them develop for the next role in the company.
