Pros

- The new leadership has a great vision for the product - Great office and colleagues

Cons

- The product hasn't evolved much in the last few years and the competition is offering the same but cheaper - The company is too sales-focused instead of customer-focused

Pros

Still a good place to work.

Cons

Career progression has become difficult to achieve. Folks in the "old days" were moving up the ladder on yearly cadence. Good chuck of incompetent folks. Now, junior employees have to face a lot more scrutiny to climb.

Pros

Good Product and market position, AI strategy is solid. Middle leadership is pretty solid, upper leadership is still less than a year in so a bit chaotic.

Cons

Pricing structure needs to adapt to market forces, and implementation/support needs some serious help. With their initiatives overlapping, reinventing positional responsibilities and roles, new activity tracking and expectations of deliverables, it’s not the same company from even a year ago. Stock is still down and trajectory is not back to pointing up, so stock options are great to have but have to sit on it and hope there is a turnaround soon.
