-there’s a lot of genuinely good people here -fully remote role -good benefits -innovative and striving to be a better company than the year before

Cons

-poor communication -lack of adherence to best practices -lack of harmony working with other teams -no career growth for non-sales roles (and extremely difficult for sales roles as well) -whispers of an acquisition in the market

eSign platform is extremely powerfull but it's the only solution in the portfolio, turned into a commodity...

Cons

DocuSign is still a SMB/Commercial company, no real Enterprise DNA, it's just selling more and more the eSign solution... which makes 95% of the company earnings... Board not very clear in regards to the company strategy and vision. Local management has very few power... all sales people have the same target disregarding the potential of their patch... at the end, no more than 30/40% of the sales community can achieve their target, hence a massive turnover...
