Pros

The pay is really good, and if you can set boundaries, I've found it's not difficult to keep 'work' minimally invasive to my personal life. There are a lot of lovely people here! It's a great company and product from the outside.

Cons

This company is, at its core, very disorganized and afraid of critical feedback. Following formality and looking good is prioritized over progressing impactful work. Innovation is questioned. Playfulness is viewed as unprofessional. It's an awful company on the inside.
