Pros

Great product and interesting people to work with

Cons

The executive team does not really know where they want to take the product, except that they want to sell the company to the highest bidder and pocket the cash

Pros

Salary and benefits, especially the RSUs. Some really good folks.

Cons

Constant layoffs and rumors, they also do not see people as people, they see them as headcount and very dispensable. Very cutthroat and the leadership team are very poor (greedy and untrustworthy). Some horrible people go far within the company, nice guys finish last kind of attitude. Very poor work life balance also, but that's nearly all US multinationals.
