A great culture, thousands of intelligent, competent, kind people. Lots of great leaders at all levels. Lots of opportunities to speak out, anonymously or not. A time of great change and transformation. Awesome market leadership position and huge future market size. $2.5 billion revenue today, definitely can multiply.

Cons

New top leadership has taken big missteps, especially in communications with employees. Recent layoff of 9% of North America staff was done haphazardly, causing damage to operations. Success of new direction is not assured. Top leadership is definitely soliciting broad input from the rank and file, but are they really listening? It’s not clear yet.
