Pros

DocuSign is driving real innovation in the document-centric marketplace and has clearly become the market leader. Management is very focused on market-share growth and increasing revenue. the company is poised to be a very successful IPO at some point in the future. They are continuing to grow with external hires but also promote from within.

Cons

Change is constant and pressure to perform is very high.

Agree with your points about innovation, management focus and balance of bringing in new talent and promoting within. It's not surprising that we operate under a bit of pressure given our high-growth but we find if we mix in some fun and laughs with great colleagues, we are able to paddle through it together and achieve the results we are aiming for.

Pros

It's a great environment to come to work everyday, and the people are easy to work with. The management is fair and challenging. There's always something to learn.

Cons

DocuSign requires you to push your knowledge and limits in order to be a part of something great. It's not easy, but it's fun.

Pros

The Sales team at DocuSign boasts world-class AEs who understand solution selling and have a distruptiv, exciting technology solution to sell. The management team is strong and highly-qualified from the CEO down to the team managers. Everyone seems pretty good at their jobs be it product marketing, event management, recruiting, HR, engineering. The culture is work hard/play hard and while people put in long hours and much is expected from them, the culture is collaborative, friendly, and genuinely fun (can't think of a sinlge colleague I don't pretty much like). DocuSign is recognized as one of the PNW's largest, fastest growing, and most successful software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies. The office locations in Seattle, and a new, smaller office in San Francisco, are fantastic. Now is a good time to be at this company that is on the upswing, generating strong revenues, and looks poised to keep growing at a rapid clip.

Cons

You definitely need to be one who takes the initiative to learn from colleagues around you. There isnt much official "training" like at larger companies. This is a company for self-starters and confident people who have a strong sales background for sales roles specifically.
