Pros

I have worked for about a year now at DocuSign, and its been growing at an amazing pace. Way ahead of its competitors and its just a start. It is yet to expand its horizons outside US, globally. HQ at Seattle is amazing to work, with a spectacular view of Seattle waterfront. Employees are highly qualified and come from big companies like Microsoft and LexisNexis. Very fast paced and great opportunities to grow in same or across different verticals.

Cons

DocuSign is a very fast paced company and the senior management keeps you on your toes. They have short product release cycles. No training methods in place and you are expected to learn as you work.

Pros

Smart people, great product, industry leader, great location in downtown SF and Seattle. Collaboration is strong. Have not met one person yet who is not willing to help you and do what is best for the company.

Cons

None that I can think of right now. You have to want to be part of building a special company versus being at a company that is just in maintenance mode.

Pros

Everyone really cares and is extremely talented and good at their jobs. People are recognized and appreciative for their contributions. Under-performers are not left to hang around and bring everybody down.

Cons

Things get really busy and sometimes unfocused, but everyone's heart seems in the right place.
