Great work environment, great people, great opportunities, great perks! Of all the companies I have worked for DocuSign is by far the best place. I wake up every morning thinking that I can hardly wait to get to the office to make a difference!

Cons

We are growing so fast and expanding across the globe so quickly that there just isn't enough time in the day to get it all done.

Pros

DocuSign motto could be "We can only succeed as a team!". Here everyone is willing to help whenever you ask for ! Virtual teams are very common so you can work simultaneously with people from the US, Ireland, UK, Germany, Israel and partners from everywhere in your geography. That's truly inspiring! Furthermore you are stuffed with everything you need to succeed, and if it's not enough, you just have to ask and someone will a solution for you! Management has a real long term vision and shares it frequently with all the employees. Internally we say we are part of the DocuFamily and that's really how it feels!

Cons

DocuSign is moving really fast on every aspect of the business so you have to keep focus on what is important or you may get lost in all the information, documentation and tools you are provided with.

Fun to work at a company that has customers that love you ("You work at DocuSign? I LOVE DocuSign. I started using DocuSign when..."). Clear industry leader with lots of product innovation. Great group of people. Executives have significant industry experience.

Cons

Never enough time to do everything we need to do; there are just so many opportunities.
