Pros

DocuSign has been an amazing company to work for. The SDR position is a great place to launch your career and have fun doing it. Company culture is always a big factor in choosing a job and they have created something special here. In fact, I am proud to say I have made life-long friends at Docusign. You will learn an incredible amount in this role.

Cons

We recently moved buildings and the new view isn't as good as the old one. I'll get over it though ;)

Thanks for weighing in. I hear the new view is not as good as the old one but that the offices are really cool. Would love to hear more.

Pros

endless challenges we still have to maintain our leadership in the market great people that although they come from different disciplines and geographies share the same goals leadership is very much accessible

Cons

as an employee of one of DocuSign's subsidiaries I can tell that the conditions in SF/Seattle are way better than the ones we have, although they are now better than what we had before we were acquired

Thank you for your review and for your candor. We are looking for ways to make the employee experience consistent across all of our offices. It will take time. And it's a goal.
