great location, snack room, "start up" atmosphere, people are friendly. This is a great company to work for if you are breaking into software sales, lots of entry level opportunities

Cons

lack of direction, strategy is not well defined, ability to move vertically is slightly hazy, besides sales there are very few ground floor opportunities to enter the company

I am surprised to read your comments re career path as it was my understanding that the career path is sales is quite clear. The team has been working on career ladders over the past year. Our new CEO is honing the vision and strategy. We just circulated our top priorities and are pretty excited.
