Expectations are not set or measured correctly Company already gave out most of its shares to it's VC firms, not much to go around to the employees Questionable senior level decisions / people

Positive growth, decent benefits, pay is pretty good

Cons

if you are remote you can sometimes be forgotten, but that happens anywhere.
