Pros

DocuSign is a great place to be. The culture is amazing and extremely supportive. Management constantly shows appreciation of their team's hard work, which is key to keeping people moving in an upwards projection. There is catering all the time, a kitchen stocked with snacks, and comfortable working environments. We do team events around Seattle all the time which are great as well.

Cons

They took away the ramp period when you are internally promoted from SDR to MDR, meaning you are on full quota from day 1 in your new position. This will severely affect my annual attainment number, and my income took a dip for the first 2 months which was extremely discouraging. I think this was a poor choice on the company.

Pros

The people, the people, the people. You'll get an opportunity to work with a bunch of intelligent, capable, and fun people. The start-up energy is still there although there's a layer of seriousness on top of it now. Another major plus is the opportunity to step up and take ownership there - as a quickly growing company there are plenty of places that improvements can be made.

Cons

Fair amount of change as a growing company - can be a bit much if you're not accustomed to it.

Right?! It's the peeps! So true. The DocuFamily is so focused and smart and committed. And grit is our middle name. And there are plenty of areas to really own things and make a big impact. Yes, lot's of change. Directionally it's all good but it is a lot. I keep telling myself it's good for my brain. ;-) Hang in there.

Pros

DocuSign has many Pros to list, but here are a few: Free Food Free Drinks Safe and Clean work-space Open work-space New CEO Dan is doing a tremendous job at providing direction and cleaning up broken processes.

Cons

Only thing I would say, is that there are a few broken processes and areas to improve on. Really, DocuSigns success has been overwhelming and the company went from small to 2k+ employees overnight. So these are just opportunities to improve, rather than Cons.

Thanks and glad you like our new CEO, Dan. He has brought a lot of focus and transparency to the organization at the right time. Which processes are the most broken? Please share in in the survey when we call on people to submit questions for the All Hands. There are a couple that people have mentioned. But we want to hear what YOU think. Let's fix them together.
