You'll be presented with opportunity to grow and expand in a huge number of ways. If you find something that is interesting to you, you'll be encouraged to pursue it. If Infosec is your thing I couldn't recommend another company more highly, we have world class leaders in Infosec brought together from across the globe. The Seattle office has a great view, good snacks, and beer on tap.

Cons

Everyone is busy, if you're stuck on something it's easy to feel a "hurry up and wait" mentality as you get input from others.

Pros

There's immense opportunity to grow within the company and try many different roles. The company also invests in its employees, which is a great feeling to feel valued. I have been promoted multiple times during my 3 years at DocuSign, and it's thanks to management's desire to continue helping people grow. Not to mention that the people are terrific here!

Cons

They still don't match 401k. Everything else is great.

Pros

Collaborative culture, Strong Leadership, Market Leader, High Energy, Fast Growth, and an overall FUN place to be right now! DS is coming out with more and more products and continuing to build a solid strategy to gain more share - it is all about the PEOPLE and they have a great team!

Cons

DS is stil operating a little like a start-up - which is part of the reason its a great place to be - but we still need to focus on growing out process and approach to business.
