Pros

5+ years in, and the culture in engineering hasn't really suffered from all the growth. Great people to work with; smart, fun, kind, helpful. Lots of great projects in the pipeline. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Compensation could be better (if you start low, hard to increase to industry levels).

Wow. Thanks for the details. It really helps people learn more about DocuSign today. We hear you on the 401K matching -- Dan says we need to wait until we are public which makes sense given financials and use of cash. Sit tight.
