Pros

The leader of eSignature with strongest brand around and an exellent product that keeps getting better and better. A team of very good people with loads of enthusiasm constantly thinking how to make the company even better. Proven to be agile and flexible enough to go through massive changes and challenges and still keep the momentum.

Cons

An ever changing and ever growing environment is naturally a challenge. Entering Europe and the far east creates cultural differences that the company is coping with for the first time so being on the non American side of the company could be a for frustrating sometimes. A lot of rummers around IPO and leadership changes can disturb the need to keep focus on company's sucssus.

Shalom! Thanks for writing a review. Thanks for the vote of confidence in the product, brand, and people ... and the culture of flexibility to power through this massive period of hyper growth. Yes, the cultural differences, time zone differences, legs jurisdiction differences (for product dev) are challenging. It also makes it interesting. Keep calm and carry on as they say. I've been here for two years and heard a lot of rumors in my time. My humble advice is to ignore them as about 10% end up being true. We just need to keep focused on the job and making the best decisions for the customers, test stuff, iterate and ship and we will keep gaining ground. Thanks again. Love that you weighed in from Israel -- one of the BEST countries to visit. Can't wait to go back. Saving my shekels!

Pros

I absolutely love working for DocuSign. We receive extensive formal training so that we can thrive in our positions, and the environment is extremely welcoming and positive. I could ask anyone in the office for help or guidance and I would receive it. The SDR position is full of people in their 20s, and are all friends outside of the office as well. The management is amazing and extremely encouraging.

Cons

Tons of little details to the position- with our company growing so quickly, sometimes those in charge of training can't even keep up with the specifics. Nothing too detrimental though.

Thanks for the detailed review. Much appreciated. We are continuing to evolve and improve training because as you say it's essential. Please serve up any ideas to John Hsieh with Sales Enablement.

Pros

Professional and quick recruit process. The recruiter was direct and practical. The position was described well. The people are very social and make sure you have a smooth landing...

Cons

The building in Tel Aviv is very Old. Hard to Park your car. No Car Leasing services. You have a 3 months probation period which you get partial social payments.
