Pros

Have been here for only a month so far and have made great friends and have significantly expanded my network. Everyone is friendly, helpful and genuinely want you to succeed at work. Management is approachable and care about their team's well-being on a business and personal level. I felt like they were invested in me during onboarding as a new hire and appreciate the consistent efforts to check in with my learning progression.

Cons

I have no cons so far

Pros

Great team of people who know what they are doing. DocuSign finally has a plan that should help them evolve for the next 3-5 years. Very flexible job and great opportunities for career advancement and flexible with transfers from team to team or even position switch.

Cons

No 401K matching. DocuSign tends to be slow to adopt new innovative technology or features until competitors beat them to it.

Pros

- Talented people working towards a clear goal. - Competitive salary. - Leadership is approachable, open, and in-touch.

Cons

- With a growing remote workforce, more energy needs to be spent reaching out and bringing the culture to them.

Well isn't this a nice review -- especially about leadership being approachable. i so agree. Good point about the remote workforce. Ellen Reilly is spearheading an initiative to serve up best practices and ideas to close that gap. Ping her and contribute!
