Cons

Growing Pains can get in the way. Dynamic environment is difficult to get used to. Complicated organizational structure can be difficult to navigate. Not all benefits and company Culture can filter down to the branch offices

Incredibly bright and driven organization with a clear sense of purpose. The energy is infectious!

Cons

Typical of many companies, lots of fire drills and too many opportunities to chase with too few people to achieve them.

We can get distracted by the energy and excitement. Yes is not always the right answer. When we prioritize, we can all be more productive.
