Thanks. What a list of Pros -- love them. I am going to print this review out and frame it -- forward-looking mindset, smart people, test and learn ... what else does one need? Oh yes, sleep ... which gets to your Cons. Rapid growth does create some discomfort but it feels worth it, doesn't it? No pain, no gain.

Pros

This is the most excited I've ever been here, with an enhanced vision for what we can do and an executive team poised to make it happen. Developing solutions to automate business processes is something so fundamental to the work I've done, I've only ever had high expectations since I came aboard in 2016, but looking at where we've gone in 2017 and where we're going next year, I can't help but feel like the best is yet to come.

Cons

Let's get more sparkling water back in SF! Who is drinking the soda?! Also, continue to consider your people for expanded roles within the company. My team has brought on fantastic external candidates, but seeing such excellent career progression for internal ones is very encouraging, and also helps to stem younger employees from hopping off to other companies.

I so agree -- the new executive team's vision is compelling. We have sparkling water in SF ... it's just not in a bottle. We have fancy machines and are trying to save the planet. Soda? Never drink the deadly stuff so I wouldn't know. Ask Paul Armstrong or Chad. Great point about internal career progression -- HR tracks internal moves and promotions/roles filled. It's so great for the company when that happens. Make sure your boss and bosses boss knows what you are open to doing or what others are open to doing to help facilitate internal moves like that. It takes a village sometimes.
