Genuinely collaborative engineering environment, managers understand and encourage work/life balance.

Cons

Compensation was poorly managed for a long time. Management is working on righting the ship but it'll take a while.

Pros

The company is always changing and reinventing how the products work and have positive impacts on the employees, customers and social foot print. This is a big change over the past two years from a historical sales focused company to one that is maturing into a more well rounded one.

Cons

Training is sparse internally but commitments have been made that more is on the way . Work life balance is off in most of the departments in the company and communication from higher ups is still not where it should be.
