Pros

Autonomy and empowerment. DocuSign is a company that is growing fast and needs people who are able to take responsibility and make decisions. Good working environment fun team activities. IMPACT events are a great opportunity to give back to the community.

Cons

Some growing pains with collaboration among different teams and business units but management are willing to listen to feedback and adapt our approach.

Pros

The SDR role is a great position right out of college! Definitely helps you to develop key sales skills, while working in a fun, positive environment. They provide extensive, hands on training and management is very helpful as well.

Cons

Definitely I high paced environment, I wouldn't recommend to someone who isn't ready to put in the time and effort
