-Best Management I have ever had. Great training on how to sell the Sandler way. -Fun and young environment, fun work events/happy hours/ competitions -friendly, competitive environment. -Snack room with beers on tap! -Great benefits- vacation time etc.

Cons

Not the highest paying job, but more of a gateway job to break into a sales career.

Pros

Been here for some time now, and our core value proposition has not changed - we still deliver amazing value to our customers. Always bumps along the way, but feel like we are right at the tipping point.

Cons

As we have gotten larger, we've gotten more process heavy, there are more conflicting priorities, and it's just generally harder to navigate the organization.
