Pros

Fast paced work environment and a great company to work for. You will get great sales experience as an MDR at DocuSign and there is plenty of room for growth and career progression.

Cons

Becoming very corporate, which is understandable for a company of this size. Strict activity requirements for certain positions that must be met daily/weekly/monthly, regardless of performance.

Pros

- The product has a lot of use cases for businesses and individuals. - There are a lot of smart people at DocuSign and most want to do the right thing for customers. - If you work in the right group (or for the right manager), things are usually smooth and easy.

Cons

- If you aren't in the right group, things might not be very smooth and it is easy for your group to get lost in the general shuffle. - Plans are often abandoned or not followed through with little or no explanation, rather than being adjusted or examined. - Other Glassdoor reviews have comments about communication or cooperation issues being caused by "growing pains" or rapid growth, and having statements like that consistently show up for more than a couple years usually means that they aren't just growth issues but real cultural problems.

Thanks for your note and hope you are happy in your next gig. We took your suggestion to heart. Our new CEO held a series of smaller town hall sessions with employees from different groups around the company and the Q&A session showed that he is quite comfortable with transparency and lively authentic discussions. He plans to continue these.
