+ Competitive comp package + Great work life balance + Strong opportunity for career progression + Amazing Office and support team / resources + Category leading technology

Cons

- Scaling fast so some process growing pains - EMEA market not as mature (so lots of opportunity, but slightly less brand recognition compared to US)

Great place to work as a new hire

Pros

Recently hired and really enjoying my time at the company so far. Great teammates, good office culture (transparent, collaborative), good tools used to get work done. Project work is interesting, and the company is large enough to have great resources and pay/benefits while also being small enough where things move quickly.

None that I have so far

A great place to dig in, if you like, but alternatively choose to keep a good work/life balance. Friendly people work here. DocuSign cares about its employees.

Cons

Can be a very sales-oriented organization. This can be a good thing, depending on your role.
