Everyone is very friendly Training is very informative and trainers are always willing to work with you Great building layouts Plenty of holiday/sick pay

Pros

-Leadership encourages growth in employees -Work life balance -Hard-working team members who are happy to help each other -Office is right across from the Transbay Bus Terminal for a more convenient commute for some like myself! -I'm lucky to work for an industry leader like Docusign!

Cons

-Would love to have some form of a cafeteria or catered lunches everyday!

Thanks for writing a review. I agree with all your pros (love that bus terminal). Regarding the cafeteria, we do have staples and munchies (oatmeal, nuts, berries, fruit, veggies, avocado -- is that a fruit or a veggie? -- yogurt, drinks and all those sweet chocolate things I steer clear of, etc.) I even see people making sandwiches in our larger Sign & Dine cafe. As for me personally, I'd rather see the company invest in an ESPP or matching 401K or existing programs that support fuller parental leave (we offer 6 months paid parent leave now) before we operate a restaurant. But feel free to serve up the idea to your management or ask your question at the upcoming All Hands or CEO Town Halls. There are many perspectives on this topic. That is for sure.
