- Good Work Life Balance - Generous Benefits

Cons

- Low Balled on Salary, a new hire on my team with the same role makes 15% more than me and I was not offered any level-setting - Management did not listen to constructive criticism of existing processes -Department Leadership has driven away talented persons -Culture of Claim Credit when times are good but shirking responsibility when times are bad

The PEOPLE! The talent at DocuSign is great to work with and helps build a great long lasting network while learning from people who are the best at what they do. It is also great selling and supporting a good product that you know is helping people.

Cons

Growing competition, but you can't expect to be the only player in a multi-billion dollar space forever!

Great potential, great product, lot of work to be done

Pros

Best product in the market, great brand recognition, good balance of work/life, lots of flexibility in your day to day work.

Cons

It's an operational mess, still running the day to day like a small startup, seemingly a lot of confusion about how to get the company to the next level.
