Pros

- Great benefits - Wonderful colleagues and manager - Innovation - Leader in electronic signature space - Constance change and opportunity for growth

Cons

- Challenging to change roles/teams if looking for advancement opportunities - No longer has a "start up" feel. Feels similar to Google or Microsoft, where you're just a number - A lot of fast changes (also a pro), but I found the technology didn't keep up with what was promised to customers. I.e. a particular feature/product would be promised but often had bugs, tech issues, lags, etc. - Became "micromanagy" in the last two or so years
