Pros

Fulfilling project load, plenty of team support, great culture, getting quality training as a manager

Cons

Office is downtown Seattle, my commute is long. Benefits are still behind, but catching up quickly post IPO.

Opportunity for Career Advancement, Collaborative Work Environment, Dedicated Leadership Team, The People - Smart, Fun, Driven, did I mention Fun?!

Cons

Accelerated Growth Market which can impact personal time. Internal operating procedures are slow to adapt to our ever changing sales landscape.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Many teams are revisiting their internal procedures (mine included) as we plan for FY2020. So hopefully you will see some good change there. Dan also mentioned some initiatives (in his recent all company email) that should help in this area as well.

Pros

Great team and great people overall, I was really surprised at how much effort people go through to introduce themselves when you're a new starter. I'm only here a short while but feel very comfortable. As this was my first "proper" sales role, I needed as much training as I could get. The training didn't disappoint and the trip to Seattle definitely was a fantastic opportunity (my first trip to the US!) Snacks and drinks are great, lots of healthy options if you want. Senior management are really friendly and approachable.

Cons

As mentioned by others, some processes aren't clearly defined. But this is also an opportunity to help shape them. More DocuSign merch; I don't have anything DocuSign branded whereas the new starters now have welcome packs!

Thank you for your very detailed review. Great to hear you enjoyed your training and trip to the US. (Hope we didn't disappoint.) Good to hear you find our senior leadership team approachable -- it's a key component that guides our culture.
