Great to hear you like working in our Finance team in Ireland. (Hello, Dublin!) Would love to know more about what systems issues and processes need to be locked down and I hope you are bubbling those up. Please share with Maria Dillon or Olga Kibler if you are comfortable. Or better yet, bring it up in a Town Hall with Dan Springer.

Boom! You win the prize for first mention of SpringCM and yes, you are spot on: this acquisition expands our product offering and is key. Exciting stuff indeed. And our partner integrations are so powerful to bringing the System of Agreement alive. Thanks for recognizing it and it's really good to hear that you associated this with the reason why you love working at DocuSign. Teething? I hear you. We need to all keep working in our approach and scaling. Just when I think I've nailed something, I need to revisit my own approach. Constant iteration; constant learning; always opportunity to improve.

Pros

The first thing that comes to mind is my experience at Discovering DocuSign, which is a two day event that new hires attend within the first couple of months of employment. The biggest thing I took away from Discovering DocuSign is that this company does a great job of hiring people that are friendly, caring, and motivate to help others and the company's clients succeed. That was backed up as I got to know my team and others, who all fit that mold completely. I couldn't be happier with the people that I work with, and the company that I work for. There are, of course, many other pros to working here. The work is interesting, they recently went public and have a great RSU plan, 401k matching will start soon, and the benefits are better than I've received at other top notch companies. But for me, it is the people and the work that stand out the most.

Cons

The company is going through an agressive growth phase, recently went public, and is experiencing a significant amount of change. None of these are cons in and of themselves, but if you do not handle change or not knowing very well, I would think very hard about joining this company.
