complacency is dangerous here. The job becomes extremely comfortable which makes it tough to progress your career

The company culture here is by far the best of any company I've worked for. Everyone is so helpful and genuinely wants to see you succeed. Along with this, the work life balance makes coming into work everyday an absolutely pleasure.

Cons

Only been here for 1 month, and have not seen any noticeable cons.
