Pros

Pay and stock options are generous

Cons

No focus as a company leads to confusion that trickles down. Leaders change monthly. Focus changes monthly. No consideration for employee experience. Value activity over impact. Needs a gut renovation

Pros

- Decent coworkers - High impact projects - PTO/Office snacks/Hybrid working

Cons

- IC job titles don't mean anything in marketing (specialist, manager, sr. manager) you're all doing the same level of work - No promotions, lack of career development. Management prefers to hire externally than promote internally. For example, people will switch roles or leave the company and they will hire a backfill externally a level higher. - People are expected take on additional work when coworkers leave (which is constant btw) - Incompetent leadership and managers, lack of direction, gaslighting, very political, bullying, leadership never takes accountability or makes changes despite constant feedback, managers will take credit for your work - Expectation to work above and beyond with no reward or recognition - Working relationship with PLG is demanding and very one-sided, not very collaborative - Constant sense of urgency, management always expects you to launch something ASAP, everything is a P0, fire drills, your plate will always be full

Pros

Some colleagues are great people trying to do their best in a difficult environment. Brand name might help open doors elsewhere. Health Benefits

Cons

Expectations have gone up while resources stay broken. Reps are tasked with hitting increasingly aggressive targets using books littered with outdated or inaccurate data, with minimal operational support. Leadership continues to rely on KPI metrics as a substitute for real strategy. There’s no clear plan, just an endless push for higher numbers, without addressing root issues. Top performers struggle to consistently hit quota. Teams supporting new business efforts are especially limited. Leads are cold and opportunities are stripped away because of immediate account handoffs to other teams. Career progression is vague at best and increasingly out of reach. Even high performers aren’t guaranteed a path forward, as the promotion process becomes more complicated and arbitrary. As strong contributors leave, culture continues to erode, while under-performers coast.
