      More ups than downs, brilliant place to work!

      Pros

      DocuSign is great; disruptive (and evolving) platform, great executive staff, encouraging company culture and EXPONENTIALLY growing. The company offers many career paths for young folks coming into the workforce as well as great opportunities for those already established. We work with an innovative product, motivated peers and a customer base who truly appreciates our product. I have a DocuSign baggage tag and going through airports world wide I am constantly stopped by strangers who comment on it and then proceed to tell me their "DocuSign story." Now THAT is truely the most satisfying thing about working at DocuSign.

      Cons

      -The scale of growth is not without minor growing pains; lack of space at certain offices, semi-inflated management teams, lack of clear role responsibilities. -Despite the "global" stamp, the company still has a tendency to be very North American centric - both in the product and internally (but it is clearly getting better!). -Over the years it has become less of a "people" company and more of a "numbers" company, which is disappointing but inevitable.

      Pros

      DocuSign is a great company to work for. They offer great benefits and really care about their employees. With rapid growth there is significant opportunity to grow with the business.

      Cons

      With the rapid growth in the Sydney office we have run out of space and are split between the main office and a WeWork space. Plans to move in the early new year, but until then desk space is at a premium.

      Pros

      This is a wonderful company to work for. The company really cares about employees, their well being and career development.

      Cons

      Thus far I have not had any negative dealings and as this is the best Company I have ever worked for I would say no cons.
