      Pros

      This is by far one of the best work environments I have been a part of. The developers here are the most non-judgmental, helpful people I have ever met. Everyone is willing to explain and teach when needed. Work/life balance is amazing, as well as compensation. Benefits are comparable to other companies. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and moving up.

      Cons

      It is difficult to find a con honestly. I have worked at many places and this is the most enjoyable environment I have seen. I really enjoy coming to work everyday.

      One of my Best Professional Experiences

      Pros

      I can't say enough about how great the people are whom I work with. When I was new, they reached out to make sure I had the help that I needed, and they made it explicit that you will not be made to feel bad asking questions. The office is incredibly friendly and fun. Every day at lunch, there is usually a game or 2 going on that you can easily join in on. Regular lunches and office happy hours give you plenty of opportunity to get to know your co-workers in a more personal setting. The work is challenging, but management sets entirely reasonable expectations. I have been given enough creative liberty to come up with solutions to the problems. I hope this doesn't sound too cliched, but the leadership is truly inspiring. Talking with them about future plans for our office and for the company make me want to help bring them to fruition.

      Cons

      My chief complaint is that our office currently does not have an opening for me to refer a former co-worker to. Other than that, I have no cons. I legitimately look forward to going to work every morning.

      Pros

      - Excellent culture / team environment - Great energy - Exceptional CEO and leadership team - Innovative / forward thinking company - constant product, business, process enhancements - Flexible working environment - A company that really looks after it's employees and offers fantastic benefits and opportunities I would recommend DocuSign to anyone!

      Cons

      - Growing pains of a hyper growth company. We have out grown our office space but it's a good problem to have and we will be moving in to fantastic new offices soon!
