Pros

DocuSign is highly unusual. Talented team. Great customers. Superb technology. A management team that gets it. Smart colleagues that you genuinely like. Cool offices in SF & Seattle. And a market where it's not all done. Truly a fun place to make an impact.

Cons

For the right person & role, there are very few cons. We have many more teams and people onboard than we did a few years ago. It's hard to get to know people from different departments and stay connected everywhere. You catch up with folks when you can....

Thank you. How can we get more connected cross-functionally and get to know each other? if you have suggestions, please let your HR Business Partner know or Joan Burke, our new Chief People Officer.

Pros

Wonderful Coworkers who are supportive. Great Product that is easily supported Nice office space in the city Snacks and beverages Nice desk and work spaces(standing/sitting desks are a plus) Benefits are really great - 4 weeks PTO 3 VTO days, great medical, dental and vision. Really cant beat it. Lots of volunteer opportunists

Cons

There is not much to say here. I would like to see a 401K matching, but I think this will come in a little more time.

Thanks for sharing your detailed thoughts and yes, I agree that the 401K will likely come in time post-IPO which is pretty industry standard.
