Pros

It is great to work in marketing for a product that has an amazing product- market fit and is loved by our customers. We can focus on continuing to innovate and lead the market. The marketing team is incredibly smart and keeps me challenged and learning more every day. People work hard but there is good work/life balance as well. The CEO and leadership team have a great vision and set a clear direction for where we are going as a company. Benefits are generous but most important is that the company and the leadership 'walk the talk' in creating a company that gives back to our community. We get 3 paid volunteer days per year, matching donations and the product is literally saving the forests. They also make it fun day to day with lots of fun employee events.

Cons

I really do not have any cons.

Pros

DocuSigns “business owner” mentality really enables employees to work in a manner that best suits them. The lack of micromanaging is very refreshing. Every manager I’ve met from the CEO to my first line manager has been positive, supportive and very available.

Cons

Like drinking from a firehose. There is a ton of information coming at us everyday. It’s a dramatically changing company and things move quick.

It's great to hear you noticed and appreciate our "business owner" mentality. That shared approach can help us accomplish so much more as a team. Yes, there is a lot of work to be done and there are great opportunities that comes with that. Thanks for flagging the need for more centralized information. We hope The Hub helps but if you have more ideas about systems, please ping John Lake, VP of GOTS as I'm sure he'd be interested in your thoughts.

Pros

Customers love DocuSign, there is a constant flow of incoming opportunities and still plenty to come! They do a good job of picking smart and talented people with diverse backgrounds so everyone has something to teach you Pay is good, it can always be better but it's better than most here Opportunity for career growth and promotion is abundant within the company Constant events/parties/celebrations going on Lots of food, snacks, drinks and comfortable atmospheric elements to enjoy in the office

Cons

Typical growing pains. Lots of constant change. Nothing unmanageable or unexpected but if I take a week off it feels like I missed a whole month but it only takes a day or two to catch up.
